The Record is an official report of the proceedings in a case as presented to the United States Supreme Court. The Brief is a written statement describing the legal content of a party in litigation. It is made up of the facts and points of law pertinent to a specific case. With the ability to browse by both author and case, successful accessibility increases. At this time, our CSL print collection can only be retrieved by year and docket number.
