State Archives Accessions for First Quarter of FY2011

 The State Archives took in 27 accessions during the period covering July 1 – September 30, 2010. Highlights include a 1^st Connecticut Artillery Civil War album by Samuel Proal Hatfield; records of the Prudence Crandall Statue Committee and the Connecticut Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Committee; and a total of 517 record books and 100 cubic feet of files from the probate courts of Bridgeport, Bristol, Canton, East Windsor, Harwinton, Lyme, Simsbury, Somers, Stafford, Stratford, Weston, and Windham.   For the complete list, see http://www.cslib.org/archives/acc2011.htm
